Kloehn Inc. is one of the most recognized names in the custom design and manufacture of fluidic components and assemblies for the OEM instrument manufacturer.

It is our mission to design and manufacture products that satisfy our customers' varying needs with 100% quality and on-time delivery, ensuring continuous growth and success

Kloehn Inc. is extremely proud of our position in the marketplace. From our initial start in 1970, Kloehn Inc. has grown to become a multi-million dollar corporation in Las Vegas, Nevada with a 54,000 sq.ft. manufacturing and corporate facility. Since relocating to Nevada in 1994, we have emerged as one of the most recognized names in the custom design and manufacture of fluidic components and assemblies for the OEM instrument manufacturer. Our systematic approach to developing new ideas and evaluating existing methods of fluidic control places us at the forefront of market innovation.

As a manufacturer: Through reliability, customer service, and design flexibility, we will be the first choice of our customers, every time.

As an employer: By our commitment to continuous improvement, we will empower our employees to manage their own process, recognize outstanding performance, and provide opportunities for personal and professional growth.

As a company, we are committed to the highest possible quality of our products and systems. Our employees understand that quality is a given in our industry. With this in mind, Kloehn Inc. received ISO 9001 certification in October 1995. Certification was granted by the National Standards Authority of Ireland.

Over the past few years, we have re-examined the way we manufacture products. Our main goal is to reduce lead-time and achieve 100% "on-time" delivery to our clients. We have incorporated the techniques of MRP, Cellular Manufacturing, Demand/Flow Technologies and Continuous Improvement as a means of reducing lead-time to 1 week on all master scheduled OEM products.

Our unique process incorporates the use of operator inspection and quality responsibility; empowering our employees to take ownership for the products they design and manufacture.

Our engineering staff understands the need for rapid response to our customers' requirements. We know the need to reduce development cycle times and have enhanced our capabilities with the addition of "Solid Works" CAD software for quick, 3-dimensional top-down designs.

As the leader in fluidic products to the OEM arena, we understand the need to quickly generate prototypes for our clients. Our process is structured in a way that allows our design engineers to constantly be aware of the product status, monitoring the design for form, fit and function. We have a dedicated prototype shop for small lot runs as well as 25 CNC machines for conversion to production requirements.

From the beginning, Kloehn Inc. has dedicated our resources to the design and manufacture of quality liquid and gas tight micro-syringes, miniature inert shear valves, probes, needles, solenoid valves and fittings. Over the past few years our introduction of the industry's smartest syringe pumps and valve drive modules have taken us to new levels of recognition
Today, our products are found on many instruments in the analytical, clinical, diagnostic, medical and industrial market places around the world. Our client base has expanded to many of the most recognized names in these industries:
