Kloehn Inc. produces a wide variety of custom machined OEM fittings to work with the many configurations and sizes of Teflon® tubing. These fittings are precision machined from various materials including; PEEK, Stainless Steel, Kel-F, and Delrin. Fitting varieties include Flangeless Tube styles, Threaded Male Barbed, Stainless Tube fittings, Male and Female Luer, Spring Loaded style, and Rotating Luer type. See our

These fittings are designed to eliminate the possibility of over-tightening and deforming the inner workings of shear valves. The internal spring allows for a uniform pressure on the inner sealing surface which eliminates the possibility of over tightening. Fittings hold to 120 psi.
 Flangeless tube fittings eliminate the hassle of Re-flanging tubing for each use. The ferrule fits over the Teflon® and seals leak-free when placed into the fitting body. Fittings and ferrules are made from PEEK and available for 1/16" and 1/8" tubing.
Thread mounting of #10-32, 1/4-28 or M-6 standard.
 The fitting components are produced from three different materials; PEEK, Delrin or Stainless Steel.Tubing sizes are available from 14 ga. through 20 ga., 304 SS.
 
Threaded male PEEK fittings have double barbed prongs for firm holding of the tubing. Available
for .063" ID or .125" ID tubing and in 3 different thread configurations; #10-32, 1/4-28, and M-6.
These fittings are manufactured from Kel-F and are available with #10-32, 1/4-28 or M-6 threads.
Each fitting is supplied with a Teflon® washer to insure a good seal and completely inert flow paths.
 
The rotating nut allows the Luer to be locked into place. Perfect for in-line uses where frequent
assembly and disassembly are required. Kel-F Luer and Teflon® washers make this fitting completely inert.
 Kloehn Inc. offers a complete line of stainless steel needle tubing in both 304 and 316 full hard.
We use the latest technology in electro chemical cut-off for a burr free product. Tubing can be cut,
polished, passivated and coated to meet the various demands of your system.
