Pumps Spotlight
 A line of standard and custom syringe pumps are available from Kloehn Ltd. for precision filling and dispensing applications. The VersaPump series offers syringe volumes ranging from 10uL to 50ML, with 3-way to 8-way valve capability. Pumps can be daisey-chained for continuous flow applications. These pumps offer chemically inert fluid paths of Teflon, Kel-F and borosilicate glass. Resolutions from 6K to 48K steps are available for better than 1% accuracy and precision. The pumps are totally configurable to the OEM as basic mechanical packages or fully equiped with RS232 control.
The InLine series of pumps are custom manufactured to meet specific OEM requirements. These pumps feature a direct drive stepper motor to a syringe or positive displacement piston. The displacement mechanism is offered in a variety of materials including engineering plastics, stainless steel, and ceramics. The valving is accomplished through a solenoid valve, and offer the advantage of smaller package sizes and lower total cost. Inquire about specific applications.
